Mix 250gr of #butter (I cubed mine before using a handmixer) with 250gr plain white #sugar and #vanilla (I probably added about 2 heaped teaspoons of vanilla sugar) till the butter turns kinda white and smooth-ish.Mix 4 #eggs in, one at a time.
Mix in 250gr of plain white #flour and about a teaspoon of #bakingPowder till smooth.
Mix in 60ml of milk.
Line a breadtin with baking paper and/or butter and add the mixture.
Put in 160°C oven for ±45 minutes.
