Today’s project was fixing an electrical issue that I just discovered. We have a large panel where PGE lands. There is a circuit that goes up to a panel by the well 350 feet away. The genius that installed it 25 years ago ran 3 wires. 2 black and one green. At the well, they put white tape on it and connected it to neutral. They also bonded the neutral to the ground bus (which I fixed a few years back). That green wire was not labeled neutral when it made it down to the main panel and it was connected to ground using the connector pictured. Note the chopped off sheet metal screw anchoring the ground plug that was carrying up to 20 amps! It is now properly routed to the neutral bus. None of the various electricians working with these panels ever noticed. #electrical #areyoukiddingme

In Season 1 there was something of an air of believability because Adelstein fucked up everything he touched, and was used and discarded by smarter people.
Now in Season 2 he's pulling his Dances with Deadlines redemption arc, out-reporting local reporters not just on his Yakuza thing but on other stories now too.
