Wir waren vor Ort. Haben mit Anwohner*innen gesprochen. Menschen direkt vor Ort konnten uns den Lärm nicht bestätigen.
Bezeichnend im Artikel: der Bürgermeister muss auf Nachts warten "wenn andere Geräuschquellen verstummt sind" um das Windrad wahrzunehmen.
Aber auch im Artikel: das Windrad scheint etwas lauter zu sein, als vom Hersteller geplant.

Раньше они выступали против станков, роботов, телевидения, компьютерных игр и так далее, сейчас — против ИИ и дата-центров . Молодёжь протестует на бытовом уровне , покупая старые смартфоны и бойкотируя AI-сервисы. В поколении 18–29 лет это реально модный тренд, как плёночные фотоаппараты. Но в целом ненависть к ИИ объединяет очень широкие массы . И уже началось организованное сопротивление. Из-за протестов сорвано строительство десятков ЦОДов .

Výrazně převyšuje okolní zástavbu.
Necitlivě mění panorama.
Nemá ani základní izolaci.
Amatérské míchání stylů. Došla jim gotika, tak to dorazili renesancí, asi byla ve slevě.
Jak to mohlo dostat stavební povolení?
Navíc to ani neslouží k bydlení.
Nemělo by se to zbourat?

I'm all in favour of higher density housing in #Melbourne but FFS, take a look at 4-6 story housing in European towns, I'm not convinced the whacking a 14 story apartment building in a 2 story block of shops is the way to go. Of course it does maximise shareholder return for the developers, which seems to be all that matters
Local development notice is suitably vague with a "mixed use multi-story development as per requirements" so you'd have to go hunting via reference numbers and requests to actually see what they want to build

Bin etwas verwirrt ob der Empörung von Teilen der Internetlinken über die Beratertätigkeit von #Habeck.
Urban Partners ist darauf spezialisiert in europäischen Städten nachhaltigen und bezahlbaren Wohnraum zu entwickeln, bspw. durch Verdichtung oder die Nutzung von Brachen.
Was daran jetzt so verwerflich ist, verstehe ich nicht ganz.
Oder glaubt man, Wohnraum materialisiert sich einfach so nach ein paar Demos für tiefere Mieten? Das #NIMBY Mindset ist eine Pest.
