After a full day teaching and supervising a teacher candidate at school, and then going to my second job that I have in order to be able to afford groceries, there's nothing I like better than coming home at 7:30pm to a pile of marking.

Tomorrow, I hope all #Saskatchewan #teachers will join me in responding to the GTBC's garbage final offer with a hearty "piss off."

Love or hate him, that is our freedom to do so.

But, 400,000 school kids in #canada including #sask will now have access to healthy meals which will nourish their bodies and minds.

Classic case of fishing for "support" to back up a pre-made conclusion.

Glad to see the Sask Party has its education priorities in order... with the increased enrollment, more complex classrooms, buildings literally falling apart, lack of resources for new Canadians and students with mental health issues, it's fantastic to see they've updated the Education Act to *checks notes* require all schools to fly the provincial flag. 🤦

So, if I'm reading this right, Planned Parenthood is banned from presenting in Saskatchewan public schools not because of a presentation they gave but because a student gave a presentation using material from PP that they had obtained on their own?

Why is Planned Parenthood in trouble and not the student... and why is Education Minister Dustin Duncan weighing in on this at all?
