Soon is after about 60 years.
With 13 Autonomous , Independent, healthcare , systems/'jurisdictions in Canada that is 4 out of 13 . So in about 130 years that monumental task of bureaucracy may be done.After all 13 duplications of the same thing is a lot of needy, otherwise useless, redundancy to justify.
