Terrible experience with #airnz this morning. AirNZ cancelled our #Auckland to #Nadi flight last minute. Rebooked us on a #fiji airways direct out of Wellington. Went from Business class on AirNZ to Economy. Arriving 4 hours later, meaning unable to make any transfers and costing us a Night on Mainland. To add insult to injury , refusing us Lounge access on the AirNZ ticketed flight as it's being carried by Fiji Airways out of #Wellington
