Played a 3-player game of One Page Rules, Age of Fantasy: Skirmish this morning, with my son and another guy that came to the FLGS to play. We had a good time. I played Daemons of War, my son played Champions of the Critterfolk, and the other guy played the Ironbound. Those darn critters won. LOL. It was good for my son to have a win though. 😉

Trying to get these last 2 Shadow Stalkers Spectres painted up to complete my skirmish army by the end of the month. I hope to get the bases finished next week after returning from my family vacation.

I finally got my Legion of the Undead skirmish army, plus some extras, for One Page Rules Age of Fantasy: Skirmish all painted. Next up will be to finish my Shadow Stalkers army.

Working on trying to get my Arbiter Miniatures Legion of the Undead Skirmish army painted up. I'm slow, and not very good, but I do enjoy the time unplugging from things and making them more enjoyable to play on the battlefield.

I got these Dragon Trappers Lodge Fae Petal Courts models printed, via FDM, for a 250pt/300pt One Page Rules Age of Fantasy Skirmish army this past week. I've got 2 more Seelie Guards(the flying ferries) left to print, and boy are they just as challenging as the Darkwoods Fauns I printed the week before.
Once I get the 2 Seelie Guards printed and assembled, I look forward to getting them all primed this week.

Had a game of One Page Rules Age of Fantasy: Skirmish today with my brother-in-law. We played the Arbiter Miniatures Legion of the Undead against the Arbiter Miniatures Pyretic Demons(Hellgate), 300pts each. The game resulted in a draw of 2 objectives seized each.

Heute hab ich zum ersten Mal Age of Fantasy: Quest gespielt, ein Skirmish-System für Coop oder Solo mit Kampagnen-Modus.
Ich hatte mir eine Armeeliste für die Minis aus dem Tormentor Cults-Kickstarter (für Forbidden Psalms) erstellt und als Gegner genutzt. Meine Charaktere waren Nimble, Rogar und Magellan aus dem Imperium. Obwohl ich auf leichtester Stufe gespielt habe, haben die Charactere in keinem Spiel das sekundäre Ziel erreicht. Es war ein großer Spaß und ich brauche mehr Geländestücke für Fantasy-Spiele.
Das Spiel hat definitiv RPG-Qualitäten.

Played another Age of Fantasy: Quest mission from the Out of the Shadows narrative campaign. We were able to successfully take out the first wave of Shadow Stalkers and complete both objectives and successfully complete the mission. Fun times!

@ipstenu so like 40K, it's for One Page Rules Age of Fantasy, currently working on models for their Quest version of the game. Quest is sort of like a mix between wargaming and D&D.

I painted some more 1/72 minis and I really like them. The cast isn't good, but I don't care because these are meant for gaming, not display. I wonder if there are communities playing something like #ObePageRules #AgeOfFantasy in this scale.

Currently #3DPrinting a test model for #OnePageRules #AgeOfFantasy . I've yet to see anyone try printing them with an FDM printer so I very well might be the first to attempt such a thing. The only modifications I made to the models were placing them on a base in Blender prior to slicing. Hopefully 0.1mm layer height is sufficient for capturing most of the details.

There are more games, but you get the gist.
If you are into #3DPrinting, like me, the #OnePageRules #Patreon gives absurd value. Every month they come out with 2 or more full armies' worth of high detailed fully presupported STLs.
This summer, I printed some #Lizardmen for an #AgeOfFantasy #Skirmish game mostly because I could & the sculpts were epic.
Discourse Miniatures does a better job than me at describing the value proposition.

Perhaps I should sell #OnePageRules a little more. It's #Miniature agnostic, easy to learn, quick to play group of #TableTop #Wargames, but with enough depth that there is a tactical challenge.
It is also very well balanced.
Any #Warhammer army has a direct #OPR analogue. OPR's #GrimDarkFuture is basically how I wish #40k could be.
There are analogues for #KillTeam - #GrimDarkFuture #FireFight, #AgeOfSigmar - #AgeOfFantasy, #WarhammerFantasy - #AgeOfFantasy #Regiments for rank-and-flank fun.
