So this is the landed version of my Gunship. The Gunship was printed in resin and it’s huge and weights a tonne and etc, I wanted a landed version for like escape points and objectives etc. I made a separate model entirely, left it on my shelf for about 2 years and finished it just today lol.

My first squad of #OPR #Grimdark Orcs is finished. Veteran Specialists, with mostly machine guns and some plasma cannons for extra punch.

I’m going wild on the basing again, I’m waiting for the rough terrain paste to dry (tomorrow).

It’s a decent sized army so I’m just starting here.

I was bumming around on my computer and Run through the Jungle by CCR came on my playlist.

Now I feel the need to really start my #opr Orcs. Maybe I can get them done before my Broken Truth box comes if I start soon.

Finally played our first games of #opr Grimdark Future: Firefight. Overall, a lot of fun and rules that definitely do not make one's head hurt. Will start going deeper over the next games but I think it's a clear winner over #40k #killteam

It’s rare because its a great big expensive hunk of junk that’s only good in a very narrow band. Lots of machineguns but everything else is pretty damn mediocre about it.

Sure looks badass though…

Assault gun! Magnetic weapon mounts. Built off the stats of a #OPR HDF Battle Tank, this thing is really just an excuse to have a Siege Cannon on the battlefield. Can serve as a 3rd tank if I need it, lol.

Progress on my dwarf army has slowed down a little... but I've still managed to get more done these past few weeks.

Ok bed time. Up a little late even.

I painted up all my new troops, including my new women troops, 6 soldiers and 2 officers, plus a handful of lads to fill out the ranks. I’ve still got some work to do on them, arms and weapons, then basing and washing. None of that takes nearly as long as actually painting the bodies though, and that’s done. :blobartist:

I printed up some more transparent flight stands but I forgot the actual little sticks lol :blobderpverified:

The last ships of my first fleet should be finishing up soon but I’m not gonna stay up for them lol. #opr #warfleets are much, much less work to produce than GF armies by a million. I’m looking forward to coming up with a colour scheme for my ships!

After my troops (and a handful of vehicles which take me no time) are all finished tomorrow, I’ll have to figure out what to do about the truly massive amount of terrain I have made. :blobdubious:

Perhaps I should sell #OnePageRules a little more. It's #Miniature agnostic, easy to learn, quick to play group of #TableTop #Wargames, but with enough depth that there is a tactical challenge.

It is also very well balanced.

Any #Warhammer army has a direct #OPR analogue. OPR's #GrimDarkFuture is basically how I wish #40k could be.

There are analogues for #KillTeam - #GrimDarkFuture #FireFight, #AgeOfSigmar - #AgeOfFantasy, #WarhammerFantasy - #AgeOfFantasy #Regiments for rank-and-flank fun.
