Remembering the 47 people killed in Lac-Mégantic, Québec 10 years ago today when a runaway Montreal, Maine and Atlantic train carrying crude oil derailed in the downtown core of the city. The entire downtown burned to the ground. Rail safety in Canada has had little reform in the decade since then.
