The Eisenhower Lock went into service just two years before this photo was taken. Battleford was built in 1925 as Glenross. Renamed Battleford in 1941. Ended its life as Real Gold from 1966 until it was scrapped in the 1970s.

Klar, der große #BohrHammer kann auch meißeln und hätte die 8er Löcher etwas schneller gebohrt, aber die meiste Zeit ging gestern ohnehin für gutes Ausmessen, Anzeichnen und Ankörnen drauf.
Auch mit dem 12V Bohrer war das eigentliche Bohren der geringste Teil der Arbeit. Für einen Kabeldurchbruch oder für alles über 10mm würde ich dann doch zur großen Maschine greifen, sind aber Ausnahmen
Heute würde ich nur noch die kleine Maschine kaufen und etwas größeres bei Bedarf leihen

Nach der Erfahrung gestern muss ich echt sagen: Meinen großen #Bohrhammer brauche ich eigentlich garnicht mehr 🤔
Hatte extra den großen noch im Lastenrad dabei, weil immerhin massive, tragende Kellerwand, falls ich mit dem kleinen nicht rein komme
Aber seit ich die kleine 12V Maschine habe greife fast nur noch dazu.
Ja der große hat mit 3J deutlich mehr Bumms, aber wiegt über 4kg. Der kleine wiegt 1,9kg.
Gerade beim Bohren auf oder über Kopfhöhe ein gewaltiger Unterschied👍
