The thirteenth is inside the car (but not all of them had it). It protects inside rear seat passengers from cold or hot outside air when the rear hatch is opened.

The clock is lovely, if a bit gimmicky IMO. My initial thought was how well would that be doing after 10-15 years of use? 🤔
A very nice vehicle indeed. No idea of pricing and options, costs to maintain etc.

@davidwilkins: Separate yes, but still very related: After PSA took over #Citroën they forbid engineers to continue their #2CV successor project and locked away the drawings. Citroën designer recreated the same design on a PSA platform (and later even in a variant with a 2CV instead of a GS engine) and the 104-based #Visa was born.
Later they sold the old plans to #Oltcit, i.e. the #Axel is what the Visa was meant to be. But no parts are the same as the Visa had to be designed from scratch.
