So today I vibe coded a #positron /vscode extension to detect SQL strings (in R scripts) called by {DBI} and other common packages with functions that call SQL strings, it then provides code completion/suggestions. It also has super buggy code highlighting. Oh and it only really works with #duckdb. It's so rough right now but I feel like it would be amazingly useful if it worked well, does anything like this already exist / can someone build a stable version of it please 🤣 ? #rstats #posit

Does anyone have experience regularly developing inside browser-based instances of VS Code or derivatives such as the Positron integrated development environment by #Posit? It seems to work well but some shortcuts that would work locally, like Ctrl+PgDn behave different locally, changing the browser window not cycling the IDE element. But overall, impressed! #DataScience

When I reopened RStudio (non-project mode), and the session was restored with the index.qmd file from the non-project session. The file reverted to its original state, and all changes made within the project were lost. How can I recover them?
