Most charities and nonprofits are sitting on more data than they know what to do with. Beneficiary surveys, intake forms, service records. The data exists. What's missing is the capacity and expertise to turn it into something useful.
That's the gap we want to help close with our pro bono programme.

Validating entire R packages when you only use a handful of functions? There's a better way.
Litmus detects exactly which functions your code depends on and validates only those. Targeted validation: faster, leaner, audit-ready.
Built for pharma, GxP, and enterprise data teams.

R 4.6.0 "Because it was There" is set for release on 24 April 2026.
%notin% is now in base R, summary() handles character columns more neatly, and list.files() gets a fixed = TRUE argument so you no longer need to escape dots in patterns.

More pharma teams are moving to open source.
R, Python, and Shiny offer flexible, reproducible environments that scale. The challenge is making that shift in a way that meets regulatory expectations and works in practice.
That’s where we help.

Good data science is rarely glamorous. It's rigorous problem-solving, delivered on time, with results that hold up in production.
We've worked with WHO/Europe, Public Health Scotland, and Hertfordshire County Council — from automating vaccine monitoring to open-source migration to scalable analytics infrastructure.

Most Posit issues do not start with a visible failure.
They build up through configuration choices, version drift, and infrastructure decisions that no longer fit how the platform is used.
Over time, this leads to unstable deployments, timeouts, security concerns, and harder upgrades.
At Jumping Rivers, our Posit Health Check reviews configuration, servers, versions, and security to surface risk early.

Sure, it was built with regulated industries in mind. But the Litmusverse works anywhere open source tools are used seriously.
From research teams to public sector organisations, it helps teams understand and reduce risk in their R package stack.
Because validation is not just about rules. It is about responsibility, reproducibility, and results.
