🇺🇦 Final Day in #Kharkiv: Goodbye to My Ukrainian Druzi (friends) ❤️
Today was my last day volunteering with Chervona Kalyna, and I donated genuine CAT 7 tourniquets I brought from the U.S. — small tools that save lives.
🥪Before leaving, Liudmyla Katkova, head of the foundation, and my Ukrainian druzi (friends) insisted I take a lunch for the bus ride to Kyiv.
🌻Grateful for their kindness, strength, and friendship. I’ll miss everyone and continue supporting from home.

Finding Strength & Beauty in #Kharkiv: Gorky Park 🇺🇦🌳
🗣️After a rewarding day #volunteering with Chervona Kalyna🌻, I took a long walk to experience the incredible beauty of Kharkiv. It was my first time visiting the famous Maxim Gorky Park, and I was amazed by their outdoor #sports and #exercise area!
😅 My tradition wherever I travel is to do a few one-arm push-ups (I’m 51), and I also did some Cossack squats.
