Oh goodness me, there is talk of putting a hatchery near the Kuskoswim River because of a decimated fishery. I don't know why the state won't implement an ocean pasture restoration program for ALL of our fisheries. It's been super successful in other places, even on the AK & Canadian border about a decade ago.
