Again, this is Echo or Juliet. They were both released today at the beach in Kenai. Both were rescued and rehabilitated at the #AlaskaSeaLifeCenter in Seward, Alaska. Alaska SeaLife Center has been busy! "In just seven days, three harbor seal pups were rescued and admitted to the Wildlife Response Program from Petersburg, Homer, and Anchorage. One of the pups was born prematurely, one was found severely malnourished, and another was rescued after it was found alone, likely due to maternal separation. Two of these pups remain in critical condition as our veterinary team works to stabilize their fragile health." Poor little angels!! May they thrive and survive! Happy World Otter Day! The Alaska SeaLife Center took in this little girl a few weeks ago after she was found abandoned, malnourished and dehydrated. As you can see, she is doing quite well, although she has an arm injury. #Alaska #AlaskaMarineLife #AlaskaSeaLifeCenter #SeaOtterPup

This precious two-month-old otter pup was found alone on the beach in Homer. She is now in the care of the Alaska SeaLife Center where she is receiving round-the-clock care for malnutrition, dehydration, and an injury to one of her front paws.
