Flood Warning has timed out. in the upper valley the bridge on the Loop road is open only for residents. Trees are floating down the river. The high levels damaged riverbank. The power company has started restoring electricity. (no reports of injuries to people) #Juneau #SoutheastAlaska #Glacier
