   Dort wollte Die Stadtverwaltung™ am Busbahnhof eine Videoüberwachung einführen, obwohl die rechtlichen Voraussetzungen dafür nicht erfüllt sind. Das hat man trotz Hinweis ignoriert und dafür jetzt zum ersten Mal in der Geschichte des Landes eine Rüge vom LfDI kassiert.

    Kind of sad to constantly see people posting photos of other people (or even their faces) online without asking – or to put it another way: disrespecting their desire and right to privacy by publishing their whereabouts and their biometric data.

    It should be common sense to not do this, regardless of several laws that do not allow this, either.

    Pretty much all these photos work just as well without having identifiable people in them.

    The Podlove Podcast Publisher plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the 'move_as_original_file' function in all versions up to, and including, 4.2.6.
