Direkt aus dem Kühlschrank (4°) sehr angenehmer fruchtiger Geruch nach Wein. Eher milder fruchtig lieblich im Geschmack, wenig ausgeprägte Säure. Ich hatte mal einen lieblichen Chardonnay von der Ahr, an den erinnert er mich. Wir genossen ihn zu einem Käsenudelauflauf, er konnte gut mithalten als Begleiter.
Ich trinke gerne auch mal lieblichen/ halbtrocknen Wein, das wäre meine Alternative.
Könnte ich mehr von zu Hause haben 😏 -

Well the chardonnay came in perfectly - 24 Brix (basically % sugar) and pH of 3.35. We will get about 3 or 4 cases of it when the smoke clears. Willow’s (Labrador) due date is tomorrow. So far she is really not showing much in the way of pre-labor. We are looking for panting and loss of appetite as two indicators that puppies are on their way. Seen a little panting, but nothing substantial. #WaitingForGodot
