Sancionan a empresa por irregularidades en licitación del IMSS
Con estas acciones, la Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno refrenda su compromiso con la legalidad y la integridad de las compras públicas. Engañar para obtener contratos públicos tiene consecuencias.

La Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno informó que, a través del Órgano Interno de Control en el Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, impuso a la empresa Musa del Pacífico, S.A. de C.V., una multa de 134 mil 430 pesos y una inhabilitación por 1 año con 3 meses para participar, por sí o mediante intermediarios, en procedimientos de contratación o celebrar contratos con la Administración Pública Federal.
La sanción se impuso debido a que proporcionó información falsa al participar en la Licitación Pública Internacional Bajo la Cobertura de los Tratados de Libre Comercio Electrónica número LA-050GYR047-E6-2021, para la “Adquisición de Tiras Reactivas para la determinación cuantitativa de Colesterol para la Coordinación de Atención Integral a la Salud en el Primer Nivel y la Coordinación de Atención Integral a la Salud del Programa IMSS Bienestar”; consistente en dos comprobantes de trámite, con los que pretendió acreditar la prórroga de las modificaciones de dos registros sanitarios.
La notificación de la sanción se realizó el 7 de mayo de 2026 y su publicación aparece hoy en el Diario Oficial de la Federación. Asimismo, la empresa Musa del Pacífico, S.A. de C.V., ya fue inscrita en el Directorio de Proveedores y Contratistas Sancionados, lo que le impide participar en nuevas contrataciones con el Gobierno de México.
Las medidas se emitieron conforme a la ley y considerando los criterios de proporcionalidad y gravedad de la falta. La persona moral tiene derecho a impugnar la resolución, y en caso de hacerlo, la Secretaría defenderá con firmeza la sanción, por haber sido impuesta con apego a derecho y en protección del interés público. –sn–
