Family life sucks - my very ill father-in-law is now in hospital. I’m struggling to find time for my WIP, with hospital visits, mother-in-law, work and ‘everything else’. But I’m now itching to finish off writing my next book - currently at around 64K words.
It features a missing woman, a Jewish-Muslim interfaith charity project, sinister goings-on & possible murder(s). All set in and around London, England.

Well, The Redeemer is six months old today … and what a six months it’s been.
If my book was an actual baby, I’d be taking photos & celebrating this milestone!
Considering The Redeemer took me 2.5 years to write & another 3 years (of agent & publisher rejections) to do anything with it, I probably should be!
I’m proud of all of The Redeemer’s achievements so far (and of my 2 human babies too). Now I just need to finish writing Book 2.

Does anyone else get plot ideas at weird times? I woke at 3am, and then had an idea to solve an plot hole in my WIP. Couldn’t find a notepad so grabbed my phone, typed it into notes and (eventually) went back to sleep.
