The facade and glazing of one residential building have been damaged, and flats sustained severe damage. Four residential buildings have been damaged at another location, where a minor fire broke out but was extinguished by firefighters.
The strikes caused major fires at warehouse premises.

Background: Search and rescue operations were completed in a 25-storey building in Odesa that was damaged in a Russian attack on the morning of 12 September. Two people were killed and 25 were injured.

Two civilians were killed and 10 others injured in two Russian attacks on Kramatorsk in Donetsk Oblast on 13 September.

Details: Russian forces carried out the first strike at approximately 10:05. A civilian vehicle was at the epicentre of the attack.
Two people were killed and four injured.
At approximately 10:55, Russian forces struck the city with four FAB-250 aerial bombs equipped with UMPK guidance kits for converting unguided bombs into precision-guided munitions. Six people were injured in this attack.

"Russia is an enemy of the free world": Polish government comments on attack near border
Polish Interior Minister Marcin Kierwiński has said that the Polish authorities are treating Russian attacks near the border with Ukraine with the utmost seriousness.

Details: To verify the information provided by a Ukrainian carrier and Ukrainian politicians, Polish journalists contacted representatives of two ministries: national defence and foreign affairs.
The Ministry of National Defence initially said that if a train travelling to Poland had been attacked, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs should have information about it.
After 11:00, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told a reporter of Polish radio station RMF FM that it had no information about such an attack. The ministry later stopped answering calls, while Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski, who is in Kyiv, posted a link on X (Twitter) to a press article about the incident, commenting: "Putin is escalating."
Meanwhile, the attack on the train was confirmed on X by Marcin Kierwiński, Minister of the Interior and Administration.
"Russian terrorist attacks. First near the Dorohusk-Yahodyn border crossing, and then on a passenger train near the Polish border. We are treating these events with the utmost seriousness. The situation is being constantly monitored. Russia is an enemy of the free world," the minister wrote.

• Dariusz Sinecki, spokesperson for the Nadbużański Border Guard Unit in Poland, said that a drone hit a lorry near the Yahodyn-Dorohusk border crossing on the night of 12-13 September.
• Earlier, Andrii Demchenko, spokesperson for Ukraine's State Border Guard Service, said that the Yahodyn border crossing itself on the border with Poland had not been hit.
• Polish Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said that there had been no violation of the country's airspace.
• Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) reported that Russia had struck the locomotive of a passenger train near the border with Poland.
