I just realized #WorkFlowy has code blocks. Before, I would paste HTML snippets and multiple lines would appear as (sometimes) nested bullets. Code block solves this and even gives you a copy button. 💜

Gibt es bzgl. des #Diday einen #workflowy Clone der ohne BigTech-Cloud möglichst mit #Nextcloud läuft? Probiert habe ich bisher: Joplin, Logseq, Obsidian, Nextcloudnotes und vieles mehr. Wichtig ist mir, nach alle Themen nach Subthemen kumuliert, sortieren und darstellen zu können und zusätzlich nach Erinnerungsdatum sortieren zu können. Hat jemand eine Idee?

I can add links to notes in #BearNotes from my work logs & outlines in #Workflowy, keeping the latter clean while taking advantage of the features it has that Bear does not (and visa-versa).

(I tried in the past to use Bear like a wiki/log tool and it felt like it strained my mental model. I prefer using Bear for standalone notes generally speaking.)

Using Workflowy for work logging has been tremendously helpful. Never need to recall “what did I do yesterday??”!

The ability to define goals/tasks at any time "horizon" —from day, to week, to month, year, even life—, of defining arbitrary levels of nested subgoals (I've been spoiled by #WorkFlowy 🙈), and assigning each of them, individually, to the appropriate time horizon, thus connecting everything from life goals to yearly/quarterly objectives, to specific projects, to daily tasks... I'm blown away! 🤯

@Vorinstanz Auch wenn ich es gerade nicht nutze, #workflowy hat in den letzten 10 Jahren immer wieder Features nachgeschoben. Aus meiner Sicht darf man dann auch mal Preise erhöhen. Ein Problem ist eher, dass die Dienste in Summe recht teuer werden. Früher hat man ein aktuelles Update gekauft und gut.

#Workflowy - Massiver Preisaufschlag ab Oktober (bzw. nach Ablauf deines bisherigen Abos): Von knapp 50 Dollar/Jahr auf rund 84 Dollar/Jahr für die Pro-Version

Seems like a fantastic replacement for #evernote .

Checks all the boxes
• Open Source
• Native apps on web and mobile
• Quick native sync (rather than waiting on git or something like that)
• Export to markdown (or pdf or ...)
• Publish selected notes
• Organize via notebooks or tags
• Crosslinking of notes
• Outline list which is collapsible

Only one I miss is zooming into a bullet point like in #workflowy or #logseq

Going to check it out for 14 days and upgrade.
