Mimir’s first Android experience is on an e-book. How fun is that.

My native iOS keyboard hack-ish thing doesnt work on this, yet. So physical keyboard mandatory.

Wait a second.

For my Mimir #outliner … why use wikilink syntax ([[]]) instead of … the hashtag! It's essentially the same in my use case.

And it is much easier to type and understand.

And... #logseq officially has a split product with db and og. It could work.

But honestly.. I'm kind of liking obsidian now. 🫠 Sure it does 0.1 of what logseq can do. At the same, maybe that's ok? 😅

Like if you enrich frontmatter, use tags, and follow #outliner principles, obsidian can do a lot.

You don't need an everything tool. Just enough flexibility to shape your needs. 😉

@_DigitalWriter_ @gnulinux Dann gefällt Dir vielleicht auch noch Klevernotes; das kann verschachtelte Notes/Texte machen.

Ich hätte es sehr gerne für ein Buchprojekt verwendet, aber leider besteht es auf alphabetisches Sortieren. Das ist sicher gut für Gedanken sammeln und wiederfinden; leider kontraproduktiv, wenn man Kapitelüberschriften benötigt und diese nicht immer neu durchnummerieren will.

Jetzt habe ich Cherrytree für das Buchprojekt genommen. Wenn man ein wenig in die Einstellungen taucht und sie von "Programmierer" auf "Schreiberling" umstellt, wird man eigenltich recht glücklich. Obwohl mir ein K-Programm lieber gewesen wäre.

Learning drag-and-drop for the next stage of hacking away at the #Outliner prototype. Got a first working prototype, but the wrapping library is too superficial and abstracts the native APIs in what‘s ultimately a bad way. (If I‘m dragging a node element, text/plain is *not* the correct data type for everything!)

Setting up a good DnD system will take some work, but at the same time… the solution sketch is also building itself in my mind.

Definitely more respect again for GUI dev work

I just saw there was recently little development and there are some major issues in "Live Preview" (at least using 1.4.16 it just stops working with front matter?).
