I had a pretty good run today! My time was 31:26 for a 5k run and I didn’t get hit by any acorns, though the trees were trying. Gotta watch out!

Pretty sure this is my fastest 5k time in 2023! I ran with a time of 29:50 and average pace of 5:58/km along my usual route. Nearly a minute or so off my fastest run so far this year.
I did a 2.5km run on Monday because that was all I had the energy for and maybe that easier run helped? That’s the only thing that was really different this time.
