  1. "During the Second World War, it was taken over by the Admiralty and renamed HMS Birnbeck. It may have been unable to set sail, but HMS Birnbeck played a key role in the war as a research station for the Directorate of Miscellaneous Weapons Development, where it worked on evolutions of the “bouncing bomb” from the Dambusters raid."

  2. "The pier, which is unique in being the only one in the country to connect to an island, was designed by master pier builder Eugenius Birch and opened in 1867. The North Jetty brought visitors to the pier on steamers but was last used in 1979. It partially collapsed in a storm in 2015."

  3. You see White Boys can murder White Girls and the local community isn't beset with racists using the tragedy as an excuse to drive anyone who isn't White and British out of the country.
But we need to talk about why White Boys are feeling they can get away with this shit...

  4. An October afternoon at the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare in the county of Somerset, South West England.
This is one of those beaches where the tide doesn't just go out, it does a disappearing act!
It is situated by the Bristol Channel, which has the second largest tidal range in the world.
The low tide mark in Weston Bay can be more than a mile out from the seafront shelter where I took this photograph.
Although the immediate foreshore is sandy, further out the sand gives way to thick mud and quicksand which is dangerous to walk upon.
In the early 19th century, Weston was just a small hamlet of no more than 30 houses, but that all changed with the construction of the Bristol and Exeter Railway.
After completion in 1841, the location expanded into a town, benefitting from the thousands of visitors who came from Bristol, the Midlands and much further afield.
The seaside resort was a popular destination for works outings and bank holidays.

First photograph from a roll of #RolleiRetro400s #RR400S rated at ISO:320 and developed today in #FX55 at 23°C 10.5 minutes.

If one looks at the scat mobile phone photo of negatives, I posted earlier, I don't think it does justice to the outcome.

What do you reckon... obviously underexposed?
