    Will it ever be possible to discuss this topic honestly? Or is it wrong to think that a celebrity's plastic surgery should ever be a topic fit for public discussion?

If you want an example of how an un(der) regulated private market can have significant negative impact on people's lives with a subsequent reliance on public services to try & resolve the difficulties caused... then look no further than the market for cosmetic procedures (surgical & non-surgical).

    It saddens me that such a market should even exist, but given the danger of some procedures a much more serious regulatory environment is required.
