The 29 y/o captain of Borussia M’gladbach earns a gross annual salary of around €3–3.5m, plus performance bonuses and incentives, making him one of the club’s top earners.

Leeds manager Daniel Farke and Weigl still maintain a good relationship, as per @[email protected]. Leeds have already made initial contact to assess whether the midfielder would consider a move to England.

Despite being under contract at Gladbach until 2028, Weigl would only consider a move to the Premier League. So far, there have been no talks between the clubs.
