Vor über 50 Jahren lud der Pferdeliebhaber Thomas Böck († 2007) erstmals unter dem Motto „d´Fuhrleut kemman z’am“ zu diesem Fest ein.
Traditionell am letzten Sonntag im August stehen in #RottachEgern die Rösser im Mittelpunkt des Geschehens.
über 200 #Pferde mit restaurierten, alten Wägen, Kutschen, Landauern und Chaisen in einem fünf Kilometer langen Zug

We finally cycled a route that we wanted to redo since ages. We just had such a great time. There was one very steep and rough section where I fell a bit, but nothing serious.
It was a little adventure and an absolutely gorgeous start of our vacation.We also met two elder guys a couple of times and had a nice chat each time. It's just cool to meet some friendly folks.
Unfortunately, I didn't feel like filming. Sorry.

Jetzt bin ich ja gutverdienender Akademiker aus bürgerlichem Hause und einiges an Dünkel gewohnt, aber dieses Protzpack am #Tegernsee übersteigt, was ich zu ertragen bereit bin. Es muss an der Nähe zu München liegen, diese neureiche Schickeria vergiftet alles.

We've been out #hiking today. Luckily it wasn't that warm as the sky was covered in clouds - at least sometimes. But to be honest we were surprised that we met just a few people.
But the drought is undeniable. Usually the grass should be quite green.
Anyways. We had a 4h loop and saw a lot of blackberries and even Belladonna. Not a lot of motives around - or maybe it was too warm for me to see some.

Wir sind heute wieder eine Tour aus dem "RadlTraum Süd" gefahren. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Gut ausgeschildert, kaum Hauptstraßen, schöne Blicke und auf vielen Stellen echt wenig los.

Waren heute am Baumgartenschneid (Tegernsee) unterwegs. 🥾
Das Wetter war optimal. Nur die wenigen übrigen Schneefelder am Nordhang haben uns das Leben auf den letzten Metern schwer gemacht.

We've been out a bit. We hiked up the #wallberg near #tegernsee.
First half was without snow, second half was snowy. But as it is a very frequented route, it wasn't a problem at all. Near the top there were really a lot of people (thanks to the rope way 🚡).Together with bright sun and very warm wind, it was quite convenient.
To spare my wife's knee, we took the ropeway down.Great #easter walk 😁.

Uh #mountainMonday again?! where have the past days gone??
Anyways - this photo is from a quick Hike from early January. There was a bit more snow than right now. and as you can see the weather was grey and not too inviting.
But, the good side of it was that I was almost alone! :-D
When I came back the same route, I saw a chamois crossing from left to right. Unfortunately I had my camera packed 😕Anyways - enjoy!

Some photos from today's hike in the mountains. To escape the fog.
It was very very icy at the bottom. And I was super happy to have my micro spikes.
The way up was pretty calm. Right the #silentsunday I had desired. At the summit there were a bit too many people and I didn't see proper motives. So I just enjoyed the view and the really warm temperature.
On the way down I met quite a couple of people.
All in all, an excellent day.
