Remember when Repubs used to attack ANY adjustment or change of plans by Democrats as "waffling?" Trump has made enough waffles, in just the last few weeks, to put the goddammed Waffle House out of business. Treats. Declare victory. Attack some more. Make ultimatum. Back off. Repeat until total whiplash achieved.

To be fair, people at the Waffle House have really seen some shit. It's actually not out the question that a high-level federal bureaucrat being teleported there by a divine entity might go unnoticed.
