My #Mastodon feed is becoming top quality – fast, funny, smart and uplifting. Just what I want from a social network without the downsides of elsewhere. (Thank you, good people I follow.) The more I use it, the more I like it. I’m here to stay.

There are several apps out there for Mastodon these days. I've been using Toot! for a while, and just started to experiment with Radiant.

What apps are you using?

I’d love to be able to set the background colour of different @tootapp views (home, local, federated) so I always know which feed I’m in 🙃

I’d also love support for swipe navigation gestures too, not sure whether that’s an easy(?) “drop-in a library” fix or not 🤔

Finally the Edit function has been added to the Toot! App. It’s supposed to work if your server is on Mastodon 4.0. Until this latest update the only other option was to Delete & Re-Post. Thanks again to @scrivener for pointing the availability of this function out to me! #tootapp #editfunction #mastodon4

Had to switch the android client app from @tootapp. Back with @Tusky again because deleting of toots didn't work (the three dots in the right corner had no function).

I did enjoy using the #MastodonIOS app last week for a change (it definitely looks and feels slick), but I think I’m going to return to #Tootapp, which feels more robust, fully featured, and I like the way it handles complex threads

The way the toot button works in the menu bar makes it difficult to swipe up to open Control Center.

I'd suggest disabling the "swipe to toot" functionality, or at least make disabling it an option in settings.

I just purchased Toot! for iOS, and it was 100% worth the $3.99 price.

It's got so much personality!
