As I've seen in my practice, most of the side effects can be dealt with dietary changes.

And as usual, in the crazy American #Healthcare system, we have two names for one drug:

#Ozempic (diabetes) and #Wegovy (obesity, with slight difference in dose) = #semaglutide

#Mounjaro (#diabetes) and #Zepbound (#obesity, same exact dose) = #tirezepatide.
