Time travellers hangout in Rome.

Here's the thing. Via Nicola Zabaglia runs between the Non-Catholic Cemetery and the Commonwealth War Graves. On the CWGC side is a fountain (Fontana del Boccale), usually dry. It's a popular hangout. People always seem to sit on the same side, sometimes just one person, sometimes a group.

I see no alternative. It's clearly a rendezvous point for #TimeTravellers .
