  1. Remote Work and Drum Cicles! Started off the week at Encanto Park for some drumming, then took off to camp at McDowell Mountain park to get some training rides in. It began raining Tuesday night, so naturally, I did a run in the rain on Wednesday morning on the Escondido trail. It was glorious.

some people vibing in a #drumCircle on a beach in #Florida

under the psychotic, itchy trigger finger gaze, of some very fragile losers

you never know when some peaceful people enjoying life are a threat to your insecure egos

  9. This photo was taken at the Fund Raising event for the after school program at Bethlehem Lutheran #Church in #Longmont.
#Djembe Orchestras of #Colorado #Performed for about an hour and then we invited the audience members to join us for a drum circle.

We raised $1500 for neighborhood #latchkey kids (after school snacks and activities) and we raised some awareness of the joys of #drumming with others.
