Wanted to share the second of my two pieces that recently won the first place in a lsle community contest. Enjoy a pteronadon gliding into a beautiful summer sunset! The first one is the post card I posted earlier and can also be found in the thread.
The theme of the contest was “Summer / Warm colors” with a tag line of “Show how your dinosaur experiences the summer season” and people could participate with photos and videos. I decided to go with some virtual photography and gave it my usual digital photo development treatment since that’s something I have a lot of fun with in real life too.
The piece works as a nice background, feel free to make use of it! I also have a 32:9 version of it if there’s interest in that. To me winning the contest was a really nice boost encouraging more creative things as I’ve been trying to get back into doing more art ^^

CW: Dinosaurs, Blood, food
I made a humorous "Wish you were here" postcard, sent from The Isle. Been having a lot of fun running around in a dinosaur simulator.
Been also (somewhat painfully) re-learning making art and doing graphics work using Clip Studio Paint since I left Photoshop behind after more than a decade of having it as primary art software. This was also a good practice piece towards that goal, and it's good to have some energy to get back to art things.

In meiner Freischicht spiele ich gern mal Computerspiele,
zur Zeit The Isle und ARK Survival Evolved. Gibt es hier andere Menschen die diese oder ähnliche Spiele auch spielen?Meist bin ich Solo unterwegs. Als Frau in nicht mehr jugendlichem Alter falle ich etwas aus der üblichen Zielgruppe. Deswegen würde ich mich freuen andere in ähnlicher Situation zu finden, damit man sich zusammen tun kann.
