I am not sure quite how to say this so I am just going to say it… this morning, you too could be enjoying first access to and background information about five of my brand new paintings and a full glimpse of a large new “resting” seascape painting plus one of my stories from my childhood. I will eventually share these recent paintings as new releases on social over the next month. But you will have to wait. These works will also be in the next show of the Terrill Welch Gallery Pod opening at the beginning of November for the Made on Mayne Fall Studio Tour. If this is good enough for you then it works for me. I just want you to know that there is another option.

Artist notes: The November morning holds promise as the fog drifts low on Active Pass and swirls below a bright blue sky punctuated by wispy clouds in Miners Bay. The Springwater Lodge flanks the shore with aging superiority. I pause and wait, for something, anything really, to break the spell.

Please note that our physical gallery pod is still closed for a while longer due to site renovations. If this painting is still an available, it will be in the first show when the space is reopens again, likely in early October.
