Francine Pascal, the creator of the "Sweet Valley High" teen series, has died at age 92. The first book about identical twins Elizabeth and Jessica Wakefield was published in 1983, and 180 more were produced over the following 20 years, plus spin-off versions. Here's more from the CBC.
