Cooked up a bunch of petit chicken breasts. They're so much more flavorful than those weird behemoth-sized chicken breasts in the supermarket. Blech. Those just seem plain abnormal to me.
Also steamed a bunch of sliced yellow potatoes with red onions. Seasoned with Herbs de Provance, paprika, and salt & pepper.
All had a very slight dribble of Carapelli unfiltered EV olive oil. Mmmm, so good.
