  10. My two rock shrimp together! The one at the back, the darker of the two is “the General”. The lighter one at the front she’s “the Colonel”. All my aquatic friends have ranks. Why did I call them “she’s”? The stripe on their back makes them female. Rock on my little lobsters! #Shrimp #Fishtank

    This is apparently THE recipe for Superior Stock, but, to me, the wontons were the the best part. 4 stars ★★★★☆

    The hardest part was acquiring and using pig’s trotters. Getting them fresh and pre-sliced at Super H Mart would have made that much easier.

    Tried some new apps at Vivi tea - usually I get the (dark meat) #popcorn #chicken, or the $3 (each!) shrimp tempura, but I tried the gyoza, fried pork #dumplings and they’re a yum.
