My #SummerGameChallenge is going well but also not. I'm an extremely slow gamer. Been playing Pokemon Red almost every day but only 30 minutes to an hour at a time. If this it the only game I finish by Labor Day I'll still be pleased.

Did a credit-feed of an excellent game, Gunvein, which is still good fun even using continues. #shmup

Finally did all of the quizzes in Sea of Stars and saw the final Easter Eggs. This was actually a little time-consuming. If you ever play this game, do the quizzes as you go. #rpg

Grinding Raiden NOVA. Looking at some of the discussions about this game, this might take another 30 hours or more! #roguelite #bulletheaven

I continue to progress on #MetroidPrimeRemastered and I can't say it enough, they game is beautiful.

And of course, they masterfully pulled off the "end up in the beginning all over again, but now you can access more areas" thing

I am happy to say! I have finally rolled credits on #Hades, a game I started in December of 2023... There is still a lot of post-game but I'm done with it for my #SummerGameChallenge :P

#SummerGameChallenge! Playing ten games and trying to complete at least four of them between Memorial Day up to Labor Day 2026. Part 2 of my list.

6. Bubble Ghost (GB)
Throwing this in there because it looks cute and can supposedly be completed in under an hour.

7. Pocket Bomberman (GBC)
Another one that should be doable in a few hours if I put my mind to it.

8. Titanquest (PC)
I'm 25 hours in but took a break from it after playing it for an entire weekend. I want to get back to it because it's really fun.

9. Shadow of the Colossus (PS2)
Never finished it in all these years. Will it finally happen? I still have a working PS2 and the physical game.

10. Spyro the Dragon (PS1)
I've always wanted to play this and apparently it's only about 6 hours long. I installed it on my Trimui Smart Pro.

Motivated by @joel I decided to participate in the #SummerGameChallenge! Playing ten games and trying to complete at least four of them between Memorial Day up to Labor Day 2026. Here's my list (Part 1)

1. Saiyuki: Journey West (PS1)
I've been playing this for a few weeks and I love it! Kinda don't want it to end. It's my current favorite on handheld emulator.

2. Pokemon Red (GB)
This is my first time playing any Pokemon game ever, if you can believe it. I chose Bulbasaur as my starter.

3. Decay of Logos (PC)
Started this years ago and got stuck somewhere. I should try to finish it. I don't think it's a very long game.

4. Two Worlds (PC)
Another one I started years ago and really enjoyed, but I did every possible side quest and never advanced the main story I'm supposed to complete.

5. Stardew Valley (Linux)
Been playing this on and off, got over 100 hours into it. Not sure when this game is considered completed, when the community center is done? I have a feeling there's more to it, but every time I get that far I start a new farm instead. I have this on PC and handheld now.
