    A few days ago we were minus 35 degrees F with the wind chill. Today we almost reached 70 Degrees F.

    The temp swings have played a tune on my muscles.

    I get continuous #baclofen (#muscle relaxer) via a spinal pump but also can take extra doses.

    Almost 4 hours before I can take another extra dose.

    It makes my muscles loose, stops the cramping. Had one earlier that dislocated my knee & we had to use gravity/weight method to get my leg & knee back in place.

    Did the Heart Walk today with Team Kenny! Kenny had a #TBI and has right sided muscle weakness and #Spasticity. He has now completed 60 5ks since his injury. He is awesome and is showing off how good that #Botox is working in his leg!
