@GreenFire Allow me to insert a shameless plug to a past where I tried my absolute hardest to steer people in a direction away from this future. To be clear, I wanted a much shinier present.

We didn't have the money for polished production, and Summerfest preferred that our songs sound more like our Beatles variety, not the Henry Rollins meets Joe Jackson kind in our bag.
Now, everyone has access to their "very own agent" tied to a platform, and I have to pay the price for it. Huh?
Truth doesn't sell well, and virtually nobody believes something they can't see, except those that believe in a god that only looks after their "followers."

I think somewhere in there, lies #exhaustion too. We're all #feeling it.
I saw the writing on the wall when FB, now M, broke out of its container to woo everyone on the planet. Assembled a #band to "spread the word" but it was never quite #catchy enough for those controlling what #stage one could #perform on. "Can you make more songs like the other one, or change the look a bit?" I understood #technology and studied #psychology enough to know SM and MSM would merge in a way that would #boost #evil not #good
It just #SELLS better. #Published this ditty back in 2008 to #wake people up and rattle some heads, but the #production was crap. It was all we could afford. Oh well, can't say I didn't try.
