After several days spent battling Body Dysmorphia, RSD, exhaustion, guilt, and self-doubt, I walked into my first confession expecting to leave feeling lighter. That isn't exactly what happened. What I found instead was something I wasn't looking for: reminders that even in the middle of my mess, my mistakes, and my struggles, people kept showing up. 🌩️ Overall this kind of list forces people to react with #emotion at less better points in time and places less directed for these #feelings #complaints #historic #problems (or whatever part the #heckler has a #problem or #feeling about]. nobody has a machine for processing this and arguably only humans can do this.
(and even those #caring for people are often underpaid / deliberately overwhelmed as doctors / nurses, police #strike]
