NORTHLAND FORECAST FOR JULY 29, 2026:
A high-pressure system will keep the #Northland #dry Tuesday night with a bit of patchy #fog in spots. Low #temperatures will be #seasonal in the 50s and low 60s.
It remains mostly #sunny and #hazy Wednesday with a stray pop-up #shower and #thunderstorm possible. Highs will be in the 80s and low 90s with #muggy dew points.

The #severe #weather threat is over for the #Northland, but the #shower and #thunderstorm chances are not.
A nice line is pushing southeast through northeast #Minnesota.
Strongest #storms will have gusty #winds and a brief #downpour.

I just did some back-of-the-envelope #EMFCamp #shower calculations.
There seem to be 24 showers.
Attendance is about 3050 (based on the post that 2500 checked in was 82%).
That means each shower needs to cope with about 127 people each day.
If a shower takes 10 min (including dressing/undressing) then that’s 6 people/hour.
Even with perfect utilisation it would take 21 out of every 24 hours to do everyone.
No wonder they’re busy!
Can we have some more showers next time please? 🙂
