I then spent an unreasonable amount of time on my bus journey trying to search/remember it, based on vague recollections that the sample track may be an Italian composition, it possibly has the word "Lake" in the title, it may be from a film soundtrack... No joy! #Music #Samples #Sampling

I’ve been experimenting with #SonicPi and #samples for a couple of years, but the idea of trying to record a proper track only came to me after @stephan gave me one of his old MIDI controllers last year. Then, this July, my son happened to hear some of my experiments and convinced me that I should release them. :) So I uploaded the track to #Bandwagon: https://bandwagon.fm/6a6281203459472c08f6ba2f.

Wow, 25 years!
Back in the #Psytrance days, Wolfgang Kundrus introduced me to #HALion in the early 2000s.
My personal 7.5 highlight, as a #linnstrumentalist , is standard compliant #MPE (in addition to #VST3 note expression) and improved expression parameter mapping. Also, real-time #decompose is really great to program expressive sounds from simple #samples. Great combo.

There is much to like about Prosecco — it’s easy drinking, low in alcohol, affordable and it sparkles. Its affordability makes it practical for everyday occasions and you needn’t feel guilty using it to make a mimosa or other cocktail — that’s how it’s meant to be enjoyed. #samples

Found in my RSS feeds, I think: ObiStrip. “Open a long video. Find the moment at 14:36. Save the chop, not the upload. ObiStrip turns YouTube into a searchable crate.” As I understand it this site creates and organizes YouTube video metadata (clip metadata), NOT the audio sample itself.
