I finished Batman on the NES for the first time today. So, if I do nothing else worthwhile with my day, at least I have that.

Dopo averci spippolato un po', posso dire che il porting di Ultima IV per Sega master system è più che dignitoso. La semplificazione non è eccessiva e la grafica niente male rispetto a quella PC.
Purtroppo si adatta poco al gioco in mobilità perché senza prendere appunti, non si va lontano...

Dear #reteogaming #retrocomputing tooters; I recently got these two Philips CRTs. The Anubis and the Discoverer. Both work well but have faulty remote controls (might be able to fix them). Do you know; are Philips TVs like Sony in that they kept the IR communication standard the same over time and a modern remote would still work on these older models of TV?

On #MasterSystemMonday here’s “Super Monaco GP”. This is a 1990 formula one racing game loosely based on the 1989 #Sega arcade. The #MasterSystem version differs by being permanently split-screen with only one opponent car being raced against.

On #HuCardHuesday here’s “Summer Carnival ‘93 Nexzr Special”. This is a 1993 vertically scrolling shoot-em-up developed by Inter State & Kaneko for Naxat Soft. This is a cut down version of a full game for use in gaming tournaments.

On #HuCardHuesday here’s “Star Parodier”. This is a 1992 vertically scrolling shoot-em-up developed by Interstate/Kaneko for Hudson Soft. The game parodies the Star Soldier series in the same way as Konami’s Parodius does for Gradius.

Setting up a new RetroPi and it's always a fun puzzle when something *nix related isn't working..
After hours of searching you find that one obscure post from 4 years ago, oh your sound doesn't work on HDMI, apt remove this obscure package and viaola it's fixed.
Note: I won't make a note of any of these steps and complain in 2 years when I go through this same issue again.
