Okay, I am editing this post in place to apologise. Apparently Vali0004 uses AI tools in their Nix configs (shoutout to @stilic for bringing my attention to this) and also admits to LLM patches in the PureDarwin kernel as per this commit:

Go fork PureDarwin from csekel's last commit instead and make your own loaders:
