I'm also now on my third #PropertyManager in the last 6 months. And they are using this as an excuse for not fixing brick-work which I reported back in November (!).

The mortar is all coming loose and bricks are now shifting. Best I can tell, this affects insulation and potentially makes homes for pests. Worst case, it can be structural.

Logged a maintenance request with my property manager, and the response was, "I have emailed the owner to ask if they want to rectify the matter".

Oh, sweetie, no. I'm not asking. I'm telling you to arrange a fix.

It's loose brick-work, it's actually kind of important for a building to, y'know, remain a building.
