i only get out to bike-in coffee every month or two, but when i do, it never disappoints. a tasty little cafe and cyclist paradise in the middle of a working farm. it even has a bike-only entrance off the bike path to the north. they had a great #posole today.

Ended up being a little over a week late, but I finally made my New Years pot of posole. I'm reminded yet again that from the perspective of effort, it is relatively low effort. It does require a little bit of time for various prep, but mostly you stuff it on the stove and let it do its thing for 3-4 hours. Tender pork, spicy broth, toothy hominy (how the house likes it). Simple, delicious, comforting.
