It was time to make some Stromboli (my version anyway). Fresh-made, seasoned dough, pepperoni, salami, provolone, and marinara layered, rolled, and baked to golden brown.

Thats some *thicc* crust! (Everything bellow the spinach is crust. Just under and inch think)
Still, as a first attempt, I'm happy. Tastes good too!

Very busy afternoon cooking, for what feels like very little: a butt tonne of hone made granola, some banana and oat breakfast bars, and tomorrow's lunch, a goats cheese and spinach tart.
Although, I feel the dish for the tart was entirely too small. About a third of the mix wouldn't fit. So that became lunch.

Yesterday, I spent 2 hours shopping for next weeks food. I also got some more kitchen bits to help.
I'm shattered. Leg killing me.
Today, its cooking day. I'm going to start with some granola, making a pie, and take it from there.
Next week, I'm going to try to be full fodmap. This week I had to cheat (a little) because of my fall and not being able to shop.
